Due to the unique nature, customization, transportation requirements, and substantial value of our pianos and musical instruments, all sales are considered final.
*While all sales are final, Piano Nation may offer instrument exchanges when appropriate, subject to applicable logistical costs such as pickup, delivery, moving, storage, or redelivery fees.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the condition and specifications of the instrument.
All deposits placed on pianos, special orders, custom finishes, restorations, player system upgrades, or reserved inventory are non-refundable.
Special-order and customized instruments cannot be canceled once production, restoration, preparation, or shipping has begun.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery access measurements, stairways, hallways, elevators, and room dimensions are suitable for the piano being delivered.
Once a piano has been delivered and accepted at the delivery location, the sale is considered complete and final.
Additional moving, storage, redelivery, or relocation services requested after delivery may incur additional charges.
Any visible shipping or delivery damage must be reported to Piano Nation within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should inspect the instrument immediately upon arrival and note any concerns before signing delivery paperwork whenever possible.
Failure to report delivery-related issues within the required timeframe may limit available remedies.
Many new instruments sold by Piano Nation include manufacturer warranties and/or service coverage. Warranty eligibility, coverage terms, and duration vary by manufacturer and product.
Warranty service does not constitute a return or refund eligibility.

Due to the unique nature of restored, vintage, rebuilt, and pre-owned pianos, these instruments are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated in writing.
Normal cosmetic wear, age-related characteristics, and tonal variations are not considered defects.
Orders purchased through third-party financing remain subject to this Return & Final Sale Policy. Financing approval or payment arrangements do not create return privileges.
Orders canceled prior to shipment or delivery may be subject to administrative fees, processing fees, storage charges, or loss of deposit at Piano Nation’s sole discretion.
Custom orders and special-order instruments cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
